We monitor uptime 24/7 and get alerted before you notice. Most issues are resolved within hours. If it is a major problem, we roll back to the last daily backup immediately.
Can I cancel my care plan anytime?
Yes — all care plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in.
Do you only maintain sites you built?
We prefer to maintain sites we built because we know the code inside out, but we do take on existing WordPress, Astro and Next.js sites after a quick audit to check for issues.
What counts as a content edit?
Text changes, image swaps, adding a new team member, updating prices — anything that takes under 30 minutes. Larger changes like new pages or sections are quoted separately.
